Dorset Mind Your Head’s mission is to help the children and young people of Dorset live life mentally healthy.

We support parents, carers and teachers too.

I’m in crisis now and I need urgent help – If you don’t feel you can keep yourself safe right now, seek immediate help.
You can call emergency services on 999, or call Childline on freephone 0800 1111.
Samaritans are available 24/7 by calling 116 123 FREE – they’re always open and are there to listen.
