Running online since March 2020 (via Zoom), this therapeutic group led by Lucy works creatively; using mindfulness, yoga, meditation and various creative techniques to tune into how you’re feeling and support your wellbeing.
Drawing on a wide range of self soothing techniques such as tapping, breath work, sound, pressure points, simple slow yoga movements, visualisations, self massage, movement and intuitive drawing, the aim is for participants to become more emotionally articulate and resilient. The group is an informal, safe and human space which helps to share with others, develop active listening skills and offer peer support. The group is flexible and adapts to the participants needs, it’s your space, and you’re always welcome.
It runs on Thursdays from 5.30-6.30 pm for anyone between 11-18yrs.
