From June 2021, we are launching new Wellbeing n’ chat groups for young people in Dorset. These groups are a relaxed, informal and inclusive space for young people to talk and are delivered in two age brackets for young people 11–18-year-olds.
These groups are a safe space to talk, explore new coping strategies and share your interests with others. Every person is different, and these groups are a place to help individuals grow and be themselves. Our experienced and trained practitioners are there to facilitate the group, listen and support you whatever is happening in your life.
These activity-based Wellbeing n’ chat groups, give young people the opportunity to express themselves through a range of activities as well providing a safe space to talk and share experiences. They are are led by the interests and concerns of those who attend, ensuring what is covered is relevant, useful, and relatable to all.
