What is your story related to mental health?
I want to make a difference to young people’s lives by letting them know they’re not alone. I want to help reduce stigmas around mental health so that any young person who’s struggling doesn’t feel ashamed to speak out and ask for support. Through raising awareness of mental health issues, we can share our experiences and support one another.
